TODO:

  • Load extensions for doc, not window
  • ampdoc on FIE and ampdoc.parent
  • Service initialization per ampdoc + embeddable services
  • Analytics: global service or per ampdoc?
  • Service rewrites/preinsalls. See url-replacements
  • Remove embedWindow
  • Audit/restrict installs via direct API

@choumx this is the "roots" project essentially. Please re-triage/prioritize/assign.
