Adding a list of all available AMP Caches

We should be having a authoritative list of available AMP Caches as a document. @cramforce to confirm.

One of my partner is using amp-iframe and for the sake of security, they want to add all the available AMP caches in X-Frame-Options ALLOW-FROM and CSP frame-ancestors. The content platform listed in AMP website is the only public document AFAIK and it technically does not represent the list of AMP Cache.
