Wasn't able to merge the visual tests before since they didn't trigger properly in Percy, but I will sync that PR (#31477) again and try to merge with this in mind |

Renamed "Logs" tab to "Debug"
Removed "Page Experience" tab and moved the link to the "Help" dialog with the text "Analyze the Page Experience"
