Automatic Number Plate Recognition

An implementation of a system for automatic licence plate recognition (ANPR), based on the paper:
System for Automatic License Plate Recognition in Digital Image

MATLAB code for the algorithm implementation is given in the folder.
Inside the folder there are seven functions. The main function and six helper functions:
