ALASCA v1.0.0

This is the first major release of the ALASCA, featuring

• analysis of repeated (linear mixed models) and single (linear models) measures data
• support for data in both long and wide format
• validation with bootstrap or jack-knife resampling
• a range of plots
• analysis of custom effects; combined or separated
• four default scaling methods
• an option to reduce the number of dimensions with principal component analysis

First release but still experimental. The package is functional and should work in most cases. A few things are missing, including validation by permutation.
