Hi,

if the quoted lines can be highlighted ignoring contained elements this config might do what you want:

Description="E-Mail"

Keywords={
  { Id=1,
   Regex=[[^>\s?>\s?>\s?>.+ ]]
  },
  { Id=2,
    Regex=[[^>\s?>\s?>.+]],
  },
  { Id=3,
   Regex=[[^>\s?>.+]],
  },
  { Id=4,
   Regex=[[^>.+]],
  },
  { Id=4,
    Regex=[[ <.+@.+> ]],
  },
}

IgnoreCase=false

Digits = [[ \*\*.+?\*\*|\*.+?\*|_.+?_ ]]

Identifiers = [[ [a-zA-Z]\\w* ]]

If you need to support more quotation levels a custom theme or plug-in which defines more than four keyword styles is required.
