We already have an "Incoming" special playlist. I say rename this to "(incoming)" and also introduce another special playlist called "(banned)" and when you add songs to it or remove songs from it you are directly modifying the list of songs that are banned from random. It would automatically remove duplicate entries.

Alternately, we plan to support tags. One of the tags could be "Banned From Random".

Instead of having an explicit keyboard shortcut for banning from random, we can simply allow the user to create a label that they apply. Then Auto DJ can be configured to operate on a filter that excludes that label.
