Fixing rounded value for critical density in Nitrogen #7

Original value was rounded off, this new value replicates the
value of 11.1839 from "Thermodynamic Properties of Air and
Mixtures of Nitrogen, Argon, and Oxygen From 60 to 2000 K at
Pressures to 2000 MPa" from Lemmon et al. (2000).

Closes #6
