This enhancement will upgrade the included standard peripheral library for the F4 series to the latest 1.4.0 version.
It will also provide specific support for each of the F4 models. The current f4 mcu build mode will remain for backwards compatibility and will be equivalent to mcu=407. Going forward users should migrate to using the mcu name that is an exact match for the one they want, or is at least close enough to provide support for the peripherals they need.
The F4 MCUs supported in this release will be 401,407,415,417,427,429,437,439.
