Learn about vigilant mode.

A quick update which works around a Beyond Zork error (#13). It hasn't been properly tested with other games, hence the beta tag.

Also adds keypad navigation to Beyond Zork and fixes an issue with entering commands after pressing a dead key.

This is the first release with macOS 10.10 as minimum requirement. Hopefully we won't need the OS specific builds anymore.
