aio: the links on the pictures in the about page don't work in firefox

Current behavior

with firefox, you cannot click on the links that appear on the pictures in the about page

Expected behavior

clicking the link icons should open the link, like it does on chrome

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

go to https://angular.io/about with firefox, hover one of the pictures to see a link (twitter icon, or link icon), click on it, the bio shows up instead of opening the link
