Cause: value of md-font-set is not assigned as a class to md-icon.
Example:
<md-icon md-font-set="fa" md-font-icon="fa-info"></md-icon>results in the md-icon class value "ng-isolate-scope md-default-theme md-font fa-info".It seems that "md-font" is added as a class instead of the expected "fa". This causes the resulting md-icon to not be visible.
