add an option fakeAsyncDisablePatchingClock to be able to disable jasmine.clock patch.
rename fakeAsyncPatchLock to fakeAsyncAutoFakeAsyncWhenClockPatched because the original name is confused.
if fakeAsyncDisablePatchingClock is true, should also make fakeAsyncAutoFakeAsyncWhenClockPatched to be false.
