Comments when deleted from server does not disappear completely #52

  1. Add a comment to thread
  2. add second comment to same thread
  3. delete the first comment from AzDO UI
  4. refresh PR in vscode

Expected: Deleted comment should disappear
Actual: The comment text disappears but comment box is still present
