It's great that user will now be able to draw diagonal lines. And I think the syntax for it is very intuitive.

I'm not sure if "RuleList" is the best name for when users save an animation. It seems similar to defining a function or a shape in DSLs like ContextFree.

I would really like to see the current state of your error handling, the error messages.

How much of user testing have you done? I think it will be great to get some potential users to test the DSL before the deadline.
