Feature Idea: survey with contextual combobox

SUMMARY

Surveys are a great feature of AWX and it's very useful when you have to inject some variables/choices by your end users.
But, very often also, the combobox field type are too "simple". I mean, very often, we have to select an option related to another. Example:

• You want to configure a network switch for instance
• You select the desired switchname with a combobox containing all your switches
• But you have to select some specific options, in a second comboxbox, and you want that the given options are only related to the switch you previously selected.
• Example: Combobox1: switchname Combobox2: the list of slots available for this specific switchname

Even if the comboxbox will be filled manually, I think it could be great to have the feature in AWX.
