点开DatePicker ,点击下面的选择时间，鼠标移到上面的年月日，点击

鼠标移上去无变化或者是和选择日期的效果一样

鼠标移上去有title,变色，点击无效

这个官方组件，点开第一个组件，下面有个选择时间，点击后，切换到选择时间，上面还是有显示年月日。这个时候，鼠标移上去，年月日变成蓝色，有title出现，但是点击没有效果。
这个情况在选择日期的时候，点击时候有效果的。
能否保持选择时间和选择日期，年月日的效果是一致的。或者在选择时间的时候，鼠标移到上面的年月日后，不要出现title，变色等效果。
