inputnumber组件样式问题

本地环境

• antd 版本: 1.6.5
• 操作系统及其版本：mac 10.11.6
• 浏览器及其版本: Chrome/52.0.2743.116

你做了什么？

引入了inputNumber组件

实际上的结果：

hover到组件时发现右侧选择数字区域会遮盖住容器的部分border；官网上的版本在hover时后也会有一段时间遮住蓝色border

解决方案：

在ant-input-number这个类上添加z-index: 1后可解决
