Layout布局中Silder设置了collapsible，Content设置了最小宽度，当界面出现滚动条是，左右滑动时collapse固定在界面上，不适应滚动

What is expected?

Silder的collapse跟随滚动条一起滚动或者整个Silder不能滚动

What is actually happening?

collapse会固定在界面上，Silder中的菜单却和滚动条一起滚动了

打开codeSandbox的链接，将预览的页面拖动小于300px的宽度，就会出现横向滚动条，拖动滚动条，就会发现问题了
