RangePicker 是否可以手填开始和结束年月日

你期待的结果是：

RangePicker 可以手填开始和结束年月日，
因为我想输入 2016年12月1日~2099年12月1日，这样选择太繁琐啦

实际上的结果：

RangePicker 貌似不可手动输入年月日

1. 初始状态应该可以手填。
2. 现在填完就浮层消失了，最好不消失。

2.x 就不可以了 https://ant.design/components/date-picker/#components-date-picker-demo-range

我记得一开始 7.x 的时候也是可以输的……

现在选完之后是可以输的，没填值时不能。
