Multiple user can broadcast on the same stream id

Be able to replicate what TikTok does with their multiple user Livestream.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow an option so multiple broadcaster to join a single stream_id room and broadcast their camera at the same time. Viewer then can view all of the broadcasts under one stream_id room. Later the recorded video will have all of the broadcast in a single video
