This is an act_as_nested_set plugin for ActiveRecord.  It makes heavy 
use of named_scopes.

This code is modified from better_nested_set by Jean-Christophe 
Michel(MIT Licence), and used code from Awesome_nested_set from Brandon 
Keepers(MIT Licence).
