Suggestion/Feature: instead using json i18n files use yaml format #96

Replace the json i18n files with yaml: in this way we avoid having to include double quotes, less text to write.

Include @rollup/plugin-yaml (or similar), modify the i18n.ts module and include the files in the locales directory so that they are in the yaml format.
