Here is my idea:

Given an url like /live/[token], a read only or editable view of the code and/or player would be displayed. This could work with WebRTC.

This would allow:

real time collaboration
coding in 2 tabs, editor on one screen and full screen viewer in other (a way to detach the player)
nice projection setups for live coding
