improved skippy-xd-toggle executable

Initial release of Skippy-XD with the toggle script

The toggle script and updated compiler flags should improve stability.
There have been no launcher hangups, when using the included toggle script.
Also, the script starts the daemon, on first run, so there's no need to add skippy-xd to an autostart config.
