#6576 added support for mysql-connector-python lib but also pinned the version as >=8.0.11, <=8.0.18

8.0.18 was the newest version when #6576 was submitted but there are newer versions since.

I didn't set as <8.1.0 because it's better to be more cautious with this lib (I assume this was also the original thought when #6576 was summited)

Hi. I added "upgrade to newer dependencies" label to this PR, so constraints will be automatically upgraded to latest constraints matching your setup.py and force upgrade to a latest version of dependencies. Can you do a rebase?

Yeah. We merged some additional deps constraints and it should now work after rebase!
