Introducing hostAlias support for scheduler and webserver airflow pods to control the pod's /etc/hosts file. Reference: https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/network/customize-hosts-file-for-pods/

Build docs needs fixing - the docker-compose one looks intermittent
