Get rid of deprecated pytest.warns(None) usage #38027

This was deprecated/ignored into the pytest 7.0+ (pytest-dev/pytest#8645), and should raise an error in the latest version of pytest (pytest-dev/pytest#10865)

In case of fundamental code changes, an Airflow Improvement Proposal (AIP) is needed.

In case of backwards incompatible changes please leave a note in a newsfragment file, named {pr_number}.significant.rst or {issue_number}.significant.rst, in newsfragments.
