Removal of airrflow installed via -e . leaves .egg-info folder that makes subsequent airflow installation not clean. This folder should be removed before install

Removal of airrflow installed via -e . leaves .egg-info folder that makes subsequent airflow installation not clean. This folder should be removed before install (cherry picked from commit 6ec51b3)
