Fixing typo in chart/README.me

I found a simple typo in the readme and thought it would be good to fix it.
-- No issue in github issues.
-- No change to source. (no unit test changed.)
-- Change did not alter the meaning of the readme.

• Please follow ASF Code of Conduct for all communication including (but not limited to) comments on Pull Requests, Mailing list and Slack.
• Be sure to read the Airflow Coding style.
