Describe the enhancement requested

We should make it easier for a newcomer to Arrow to be able to browser the reference page and get a good idea of what functions there are and what they do, without getting bogged down in our R6 classes

Also, it's entirely possible to have more there than just a big list of functions, e.g. https://gt.rstudio.com/reference/
