Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.

The code returns empty array:
arrow.Decimal256Traits.CastToBytes([]decimal256.Num{decimal256.New(0, 0, 0, 10)})
The reason is an error in the line: https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/main/go/arrow/type_traits_decimal256.go#L62
