E2E tests can seem to fail randomly and it can be a game of chance trying to understand why the timeout occurred or why the image was not picked up. Therefore, to mitigate, we could try modifying the e2e test framework to allow for a test to be re-executed when it fails. If it fails a second time then it would point to a more serious issue that needs manual fixiing.
