Release yaml files for installation

We might need to release yaml files when we release a new version of Camel K.
This can be useful for places (e.g. knative) where we may want to give a single command to users that want to install camel k (e.g. kubectl apply -f https://.../camel-k/...yaml ).

We should be able to use kamel install -o yaml in order to get the output needed for an installation.
