Remove maven wrapper from camel-k #629

I dont think we use maven to build this project anymore? Isnt that moved to camel-k-runtime?

We still use it to:

embed the runtime snapshots into the image
build catalog yaml resources

For 1 we can use a file-copy approach. Don't know for 2.

We could move the wrapper to a different location like scripts
