Linked to #73. The operator will process "Camel" resources and ensure that they have one "root" "IntegrationContext". That in turn will trigger a imagestream build immediately after installation.

This is the first "automatically-created" context, and we should disallow edits to them from the kamel tool (there'll be a annotation for marking it) and discourage people from changing it.
