For VSCode extension set custom Kamelets folder in settings

For standalone, gitops or serverless option mount folder with custom Kamelets to /deployments/kamelets , ex.

docker run -it -p 8080:8080  -v $(pwd)/kamelets:/deployments/kamelets -v $(pwd)/integrations:/deployments/integrations   apache/camel-karavan:latest
