What is the purpose of the change
enhance org.apache.dubbo.rpc.protocol.dubbo.telnet.InvokeTelnetHandler#isMatch, a follow up of #2803.
Brief changelog
It is unnecessary to call CompatibleTypeUtils.compatibleTypeConvert(arg, type) since PojoUtils.realize() will cover it.
