Dave Barnes is a new committer to Geode. This PR adds his name
to the list of committers on the Community web page.  To make
the web page pretty, it also does a minor alteration to
rebalance the number of names per column.

Both Dave Barnes and Nitin Lamba need to be added to the list of
committers that resides on the Community page of the web site.
This commit revises the original pull request to also add Nitin.
