KAFKA-15016: Update LICENSE-binary file

The file was getting a bit out of sync with the actual dependencies we ship. Also the process we follow each release catches missing licenses but does not clear dependencies not used anymore, so this removes a few unnecessary entries too.

bcpkix is still missing https://github.com/apache/kafka/blob/trunk/gradle/dependencies.gradle#L61. Do you happen to know why?

@divijvaidya My understanding is that we only have to include licenses for packages included in the binary distribution. bcpkix is only used for test and not part of the Kafka distribution.
