This commit deprecates grouping's ValueSourceGroupSelector, and moves
a copy of its code into Solr to preserve its group-by-fieldsource functionality.
AllGroupsCollectorTest and AllGroupHeadsCollectorTest are removed entirely,
as their test coverage is duplicated by BaseGroupSelectorTestCase; similarly,
TestGrouping and GroupingSearchTest are duplicated by both
BaseGroupSelectorTestCase and BlockGroupingTest. DistinctValuesCollectorTest
is reworked to depend only on TermGroupSelector.
