Fixes METAMODEL-1149 with a directory-and-file based solution for data storage.
Each tenant has a folder. Each data source is represented in a JSON file that's similar in format to the REST data source definition.
The root directory is controlled via the
DATA_DIRECTORYenvironment, which in the Docker image is set to/dataand is mounted as a volume for durability.
