METRON-999 Add virtualization support checks to platform-info.sh

I added a basic virtualization check to platform-info.sh for linux and macOS systems. Tested on Ubuntu 14.04, CentOS 6.8, and macOS Sierra. This was inspired by this and this.

Testing

Run platform-info.sh on a linux or macOS-based system and validate that the virtualization-related comment is accurate for your system.

• Have you verified the basic functionality of the build by building and running locally with Vagrant full-dev environment or the equivalent?
