This fixes apache#1225. * Docs mentioned nonexistent struct `tu_config`. This struct is now called `ts_config` and has new members. * Docs implied that the user needs to call `tu_init`. This function is now called automatically by `sysinit`, so remove this verbiage. * Fix broken link to unit test tutorial.

tu_config. This struct is now calledts_configand has new members.tu_init. This function is now called automatically bysysinit, so remove this verbiage.
