Added some new FAQs from the mailing list and Slack channel. Also reorganized some existing FAQs into more suitable categories. Created a new section called 'Troubleshooting' for common errors people may come across.
Include documentation that serial access is available directly through the usb port on the nrf52dk. Explains that it uses the UART onboard, so use of a breakout board or the RTT console is available as well.

Added new FAQs from the dev mailing list and Slack channel. Moved some existing ones into more suitable sections and added a 'Troubleshooting' section for common errors people may come across.
