Reorganize the Mynewt FAQ by separating FAQs into respective categories, and creating pages for each.
Since Mynewt FAQ is restructured, admin FAQ is moved there so all FAQs are in one location.

Reorganized the Mynewt FAQ and split the sections into different pages. Added new FAQs, and moved the Administrative FAQ from Appendix into this section so all FAQs are in one location.
