Client Feature Matrix is not updated to the latest released version 2.4.2

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to webpage https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/en/client-libraries/#feature-matrix
2. Click 'Client Features Matrix' link under feature-matrix
3. It will take you to https://github.com/apache/pulsar/wiki/Client-Features-Matrix
4. Matrix was last updated for 2.3.0

Expected behavior
Client Feature Matrix of 2.4.2 to be updated.

Since 2.5.0 release is coming soon in several days, we've updated the page directly to 2.5.0 at https://github.com/apache/pulsar/wiki/Client-Features-Matrix

@jennifer88huang Thanks for the update! However it's not enough, there's a dozen of other features that clients should support and they should also be reflected on the matrix

I was wondering whether it would be better to add a table directly in http://pulsar.apache.org/docs/en/next/client-libraries/#feature-matrix

@jennifer88huang it really might be better to move it to the site page as it would allow sending PRs there. I can enumerate the features that should be added, but the research should be made to figure out which libraries support which features. As for features I can name: e2e encryption, batchReceive, statistics, receive cancellation, batchIndex acks, chunking support, retryLetterTopic, SNI, producer blockIfQueueFull and I must have missed some other features as well

Never mind that you might miss some, you can add more in the following PRs.
