This PR improves and modernizes Roller's web UI by rewriting every JSP page in Roller to use Twitter Bootstrap v3 via the Struts Bootstrap tags. Many improvements make the web UI less clunky and confusing. Also, the Summernote rich text editor now replaces Xinha.
