[Explore] line wrapping in column formatting menu

Description

The line-wrapping seen above in the select menu dropdown is visible on the Games chart example, in the Customize tab of Explore.

We had assumed this was fixed in #14717, which closed #14697

#14697 showed the issue in the "before" but was not super explicit about this particular line-wrap issue, so now we have this one :D
