[Helm chart] Support different replicaCount, nodeselector, tolerations, affinity and resources for each component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want to schedule the superset components (ui, worker) on different nodes and with different resources requests and limits.

Describe the solution you'd like
replicaCount, nodeselector, tolerations, affinity, resources etc. should be configurable on a per component level instead of globally for the whole chart

Describe alternatives you've considered
scheduling all components on the same node with the same resource request and limits, however this is not optimal, because each component has a different access pattern and different node requirements.

Additional context
We separate UI components which handles only http requests from workloads that do heavy background work like jobs.
